All Sales are Final!

Once a payment goes through, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Casa Gadget Finds and to the buyer.  We are not responsible if the customer drops and/or damages their item(s). If the item arrives damaged, you will have 24 hours to contact us from the time the USPS tracking shows the package is delivered. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. If your item does arrive damaged, contact us ASAP!. All damages will be reviewed case by case. You must ship your items back within 14 days of delivery. If the wrong item is shipped to you by mistake, email us with the picture of the item that you received and we will make it right. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please make sure to include your full address, Casa Gadget Finds will not be responsible for insufficient address submitted by the customer. If there is a mistake with the address, you will have the opportunity to fix and correct the address before receiving the confirmation email. You will have 24  hours to reach out, otherwise , there's no further action that can be done to resolve the issue. 

Our shop is not resonsable for any allergies or injuries of any kind. By placing your order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

International Orders:

Once the order arrives to international grounds, we are no longer in charge of estimated time of your order. Please contact your local postal office for more information.
